Lumi had the feature to publish content. This feature is currently disabled for several reasons:
Users were confused about the difference between deploying content and publishing content.
The published content was often full of errors and mostly published for test purposes. The overall quality was not sufficient.
Published content violated copyrights or did not give proper credit to creators.
I am currently working on a public content page that is partly curated and ensures that the points above are taken into account. Please be patient until the new public content page is released.
Workaround
In the meantime, if you wish to share your content with friends, colleagues, or other people you can deploy your content and enable the "Show download (reuse) button".
This will display the "reuse" button at the bottom left corner of your H5P content. Just share the link and everyone will be able to download the content by clicking on the "reuse" button in the bottom left corner of your content:
