Paying with Stripe on Our Platform
We use Stripe to securely process all payments on our platform. Stripe is a trusted global payment provider used by millions of businesses and ensures that your transactions are fast, safe, and reliable.
How Payments Work
When you subscribe or make a purchase:
You enter your payment details (e.g. credit card)
Your payment is securely processed by Stripe
You receive a confirmation and (if applicable) an invoice
We do not store your payment details ourselves—everything is handled securely by Stripe.

Your payment information is protected using industry-leading security standards:

Encrypted payment data
Secure authentication (e.g. 3D Secure when required)
Stripe ensures that your data is handled according to strict international regulations.
Accessing Invoices & Billing Information
After each successful payment, you will automatically receive:
A payment confirmation
An invoice (for subscriptions or one-time purchases)
You can also access your billing history anytime through the Customer Portal (see below).
Managing Your Subscription (Customer Portal)
We provide a self-service billing portal powered by Stripe, where you can manage everything related to your subscription.
In the portal, you can:
Update your payment method
View and download invoices
Change or cancel your subscription
Check your billing history

Updating Your Payment Method
If your payment fails or your card expires, you can easily update your details:
Open the Customer Portal
Click on “Update payment method”
Enter your new payment details
Your subscription will continue without interruption once the payment method is updated.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Open the Customer Portal
Select your active subscription
Click “Cancel subscription”
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period (unless stated otherwise).
