When you refer a colleague to Lumi, both of you benefit. You earn a reward for every person who signs up through your personal referral link, and they get access to Lumi through a trusted recommendation.
How the referral program works
When you refer a colleague to Lumi, both of you benefit:
You (the referrer) receive €5 for every person who signs up through your link
They (the new user) receive 25% off their first purchase — applied automatically at checkout
Getting your referral link
Log in to your Lumi account
Open the Referral section from the button at the bottom right:
Copy your personal referral link
Your link is unique to you — every signup through it is automatically attributed to your account.
Sharing your link
You can share your referral link anywhere:
Email it directly to colleagues
Post it in a staff room chat or forum
Include it in a newsletter or blog post
When someone clicks your link and creates an account, Lumi will greet them with a personalized message showing your name, so they know the recommendation came from you.
Tracking your referrals
You can see how many people have signed up through your link and the status of your rewards in the Referral section of your account.
Frequently asked questions
Does the person I refer need to do anything special to get the discount? No. The 25% discount is applied automatically when they upgrade to a paid plan — no coupon code needed.
When do I receive my €5 reward? Your reward is credited once the person you referred completes their first purchase.
What if someone clicks my link but signs up later? Your referral is remembered for 30 days. As long as they sign up within that window, it counts.
Can I refer someone who already has a Lumi account? No, referrals only apply to new accounts.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? No limit — every successful referral earns you €5.
