Troubleshooting Subscription Linking (FastSpring)
If you’ve purchased a subscription through FastSpring but it’s not showing up in your Lumi account, don’t worry—this is usually easy to fix.
What should happen after purchase?
After every successful purchase via FastSpring, you should receive a subscription ID. Normally this subscription ID is automatically linked to your account. However in rare cases this might not happen.
This ID is essential—it connects your payment to your Lumi account.
You can usually find the subscription ID:
In your purchase confirmation email from FastSpring
Or in your FastSpring receipt / order details
How to link your subscription
To activate your subscription in Lumi, you need to link it manually:
Go to your account page:
👉 https://app.lumi.education/dashboard/user/account/subscription
Enter your subscription ID
Confirm the linking

Once linked, your subscription should immediately become active.
